Home Design Consultation
One-hour, complimentary consultation. I gather information as I listen to your vision and needs, and we work together to come up with solutions that fit your budget and lifestyle. I have clients who have remodeled one or two rooms, and I have clients that have renovated their entire home - No job is too small!
What are the fees?
I can be as involved or NOT as involved as you wish. Whether you want a designer to accompany you on every trip or just someone to come in with the final materials to place everything in the proper timeline, I can do that. My hourly rate is $100, and this includes unlimited emails, calls, and texts. Additionally, I will orchestrate all interior drawings, offer design advice for concepts/styles, materials and products. I will handle all price negotiations and oversee the complete execution of the construction project.
Specialties
From selecting beautiful yet functional flooring to finding that perfect mosaic backsplash, I can help you with it all! My specialties are kitchen and bathroom renovations, but I also love window coverings and visiting slab yards for Granite and Quartzite. I have worked with engineers, architects, & general contractors; We unite as a team to ensure you have the home of your dreams!
